2. Send LSs to SA3-LI on these topics
3. Take existing TS 33.126 requirements and future 6G LI expansions into account during architecture definition

Proposed Text Addition

SA3-LI requests the addition of the following normative text to clause 4.2 of TR 23.801-01 and other 6G TRs/TSs under development:

"Lawful interception requirements shall be taken into account for all WTs and corresponding key issues in this study. For more details on LI requirements, see TS 33.126."

  • Add reference to LI requirements in clause 4.2 of TR 23.801-01 with the proposed text
  • Request clarification from SA3-LI on any aspects of TS 33.126 if needed
