[FS_Q4RTC_MED, FS_QStream_MED] Considerations on the test framework design
Proposal 1: In the initial phases of both studies, address contributions related to the test frameworks together during joint sessions. This approach will help clarify coordination opportunities until the specific methodologies for each study are established.
Proposal 2: The proponents of the relevant contributions are encouraged to indicate when their contributions are targeting the test framework to facilitate the session scheduling.
Proposal 3: Strive to create a common base framework on top which both frameworks can build and branch out, reducing redundant implementation work.
Proposal 4: The contributions targeting the evaluation of specific RTC or streaming related application scenarios can be handled separately at the respective SWGs.
