Discussion on NB-IoT GEO simulation assumption for ULBC
Proposal 1: It is proposed that 3GPP SA WG4 consider the observations 1-8 and practical hardware constraints identified in this contribution when defining the simulation assumptions and performance targets for the ULBC codec.
