Proposal: Add the following note to DaCAS-1 clause 4.3.3.2 (Mandatory recording scenarios):
Note: Proponents requiring Scenarios 9 and 10 can generate the corresponding databases by themselves, following the instructions of Scenarios 9 and 10.
Proposal: Update Scenarios 9 and 10 out of "Required Recordings".
