Extracted Proposals

This document does not contain any proposals. The document is a Change Request (CR) for 3GPP TS 26.813 that includes editorial corrections and corrections to references, but does not include any technical proposals in the format specified (i.e., "Proposal X:", "Proposal X.", "Proposal:", "Proposal.", or "Proposal ").

Proposal 1: Update the repository to correctly reflect the agreed conformance material from the last meeting.
