## Purpose of Change Request

This CR corrects erroneous bitrate values in Tables 7.2-6 and 7.2-7 of TR 26.997. The corrections align with agreements made in the revised version of IVAS-8b (S4-252024).

The following bitrate corrections are made to the P.800 DCR experiments allocation table:

**P800-9 (1-2 Objects)**
- **Corrected**: 13.2-160 kb/s
- **Previous**: 13.2-28 kb/s (erroneous)

**P800-11 (1-4 Objects with DTX)**
- **Corrected**: 13.2-192 kb/s  
- **Previous**: 13.224.4-192 kb/s (erroneous)

**P800-13 (MASA 2 TC)**
- **Corrected**: 13.2-128 kb/s
- **Previous**: 16.43.2-384128 kb/s (erroneous)

**P800-14 (MASA 1,2 TC with DTX)**
- **Corrected**: 13.2-128 kb/s
- **Previous**: 13.2-1280 kb/s (erroneous)

**P800-18 (OMASA 1-2 Objects)**
