Proposal 1: The test platform consists of three distinct blocks:

- **Network** that is where the underlying network simulation is performed.

- **Transport Protocol** is the transport layer protocol (e.g. QUIC) that is managing the transmissions going over the simulated network.

- **Application** is an implementation of the media technology that is being tested.
