# Technical Proposals

This document does not contain any explicit proposals. The document is a Change Request (CR) that provides corrections and updates to the quality reporting scheme information in TS 26.247, but no sections are explicitly marked as "Proposal", "Proposal:", "Proposal X:", "Proposal X.", or similar proposal formats.

The document contains a "Reason for change" and "Summary of change" section that describes the modifications being made, but these are not formatted as formal proposals.
