# Technical Proposals

This document does not contain any technical proposals in the formats specified (e.g., "Proposal X:", "Proposal:", etc.). 

The document is a meeting report/minutes from the 3GPP SA4 VIDEO SWG Ad-Hoc meetings held in December 2025 and January 2026. It contains decisions, agreements, endorsements, and notes on various technical documents (TDocs), but no formal proposals are explicitly marked as such in the text.
